Scalleycat Info Post!!

Alright so I'm sure you're all freaking out that we don't have any legitimate information on our site. Here's the deal: a new site's in the works but it isn't done yet! Hold your 12 Horses! ANYWAYS. Here's some info for all of you that want it and are looking to sign-up:

San Francisco (12 hours long) - $25/team - Cash Purse: $250
(February 29th Pre-registration @ Chrome Industries 2pm-6pm)
(March 1st/9am @ Chrome Industries on Folsom) Race!

Reno (24 hours long) - $40/team - Cash Purse: $250
(March 28th Party @ The Satellite/Pre-registration tons of liquor specials all night)
(March 29th/10am @ The Fort) Race!

Overall points from each city gets a cash purse of $1000. Race both, points combine!

For those of you who don't know how Scalleycat works, this is the deal: Scalleycat is a mix between a scavenger hunt and your typical alleycat race. The race is setup for teams of two and each team needs a digital camera. You'll get a book of objectives and from the point of the races start on you have 12 or 24 hours, depending on the city, to complete as many objectives as you can. Return at the end of the day with your books, they'll be graded, and we'll tally up points. Throughout the day is a series of sub-events as well such as skid contests, trackstand competitions, and footdown...all award points to your team if you choose to attend the subevents instead of keep completing objectives.
